Common Questions
Everything you need to know about our training programs, diet plans, and how we help you achieve your goals.
Do I need a gym membership?
Not at all. Programs are designed for home workouts using minimal equipment like dumbbells or resistance bands. Bodyweight-only options can also be used.
Is this suitable for beginners?
Yes. If you are new to fitness or returning after a break, we customize the intensity to match your current fitness level.
Do you provide supplements?
No. The nutrition guidance focuses on balanced, home-cooked Indian meals. Supplement guidance is discussed only when genuinely needed.
How does online training work?
You receive a workout and diet plan, then get WhatsApp support for progress updates, questions, and form-check videos.
Do you provide senior citizen workouts?
Yes. Fit With Arpit provides home-friendly senior citizen workout guidance focused on gentle mobility, low-impact strength, balance practice, and clear safety boundaries.
Do you provide women-only group fitness?
Yes. Women-only group fitness batches are part of the current programs. Batch timing, level, and format should be confirmed on WhatsApp before joining.
Can working professionals follow this plan?
Yes. Plans can be adjusted around work hours, commute, energy levels, office meals, and shorter home workout windows.
How does WhatsApp support work?
WhatsApp is used for plan updates, form-check videos, progress questions, reminders, and practical coaching support between reviews.
Can you help if I have pain or a medical condition?
Arpit is a physiotherapist, so the plan can be made more careful around your movement history. This is fitness coaching, not a replacement for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care.
Do you help with BP, Diabetes, Thyroid, or PCOS?
The coaching can be made case-aware around BP, Diabetes, Thyroid, or PCOS histories where appropriate, but it is not medical treatment. Please follow medical advice from your doctor.
Is this medical treatment?
No. Fit With Arpit provides fitness and nutrition coaching with a physiotherapist-led approach. It does not replace medical diagnosis, treatment, physiotherapy rehabilitation, or emergency care.
What if I travel frequently?
Plans can be adjusted into shorter or equipment-free workouts so you can stay consistent while travelling.
