Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Name, phone number, who the coaching is for, and primary goal from lead forms.
• Any optional message you choose to send through the contact form or WhatsApp.
• Page path, device category, and browser user agent for service operation.
• Only if you allow it: the landing page, the referring website's address (domain only), and campaign tags from the link you arrived on.

How we use it

• To contact you on WhatsApp and guide you with training plans.
• To improve our coaching and customer experience.
• To understand which programme pages and referral sources lead to enquiries.

WhatsApp source label

This deployment does not use the independent WhatsApp source module described here. If you allow the optional website-usage information below, a readable source line can still reach your WhatsApp draft through that separate, consent-based route — see “Analytics and attribution” below.

Analytics and attribution

Analytics is optional and stays off until you choose “Allow” in the website-usage choice. Before you choose, nothing is loaded from or sent to Google Analytics, and no Google Analytics attribution — the landing page, referring website, or campaign tags described above — is stored. You can change your Google Analytics choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer; declining or withdrawing never affects the forms, calls, email, or WhatsApp.

If you allow it, the site uses Google Analytics through Firebase to record one page view per page, plus WhatsApp, phone, and email link clicks and saved enquiries. These events do not include your name, phone number, email address, health or goal selections, free-text message, or the contents of a WhatsApp draft. Advertising storage, Google Signals, and ad personalisation stay switched off.

Your choice is stored in fwa_analytics_consent in local storage for up to 180 days. While analytics is allowed, a separate small record in fwa_enquiry_context keeps the page you arrived on and the site you came from for this browser tab only, for up to 30 minutes of inactivity, so an enquiry can also show a readable source such as “Source: ChatGPT” through this consent-based route. Withdrawing removes that record.

The older fwa_first_touch and fwa_session_attribution records from an earlier version of the site have been retired; if present in your browser, they are deleted automatically and never read.

Storage and service providers

Submitted enquiries may be stored in Google Firebase/Firestore. If a Firestore write fails, the site may temporarily save the pending enquiry in your browser so the user-initiated WhatsApp fallback can continue. WhatsApp receives the message only after you submit the form or click a WhatsApp link: opening the link only prepares an editable draft that you can read, change, or delete before sending, and the site cannot confirm whether you actually sent it. Fit With Arpit does not sell personal data.

Health information

The initial lead form does not request detailed medical history. Do not send urgent or emergency medical information through the website. Fitness coaching is not emergency or medical care.
